Combination of hidrocortisone, kemicitine, lanoline and vaseline for allergic cheilitis treatment: case report

Cheilitis is a term to describe inflammation of the vermillion border lips. This case report describes compounding with combination hydrocortisone,chemicetin, lanolin and vaseline for treatment allergic contact cheilitis. Patients com-plaints lower lip feeling dry, cracked, sore bleeding;dryness 4 days ago. Dry lips getting worse 2 ago until bleeding. Objective examination revealed fissures, multiple, well-defined, irregular edges, 1-2 mm long; crusts, regular clear borders, blackish red color; desquamation, boundaries, white color, rough surface. The pa-tient was prescribed drugs hydrocortisone, chemicetin, lanoline instructed on how use drug control it 7 later. Treatment cheilitis aimed at accelerating healing. However, success this still based proper history so that chooses supporting can establish diagnosis.
